Viewing, Accepting, or Rejecting a Settlement Offer

If you have received notice of a settlement offer, select Protest Summary from the upper left-hand menu.
In the Current Year Protest List, locate the Settlement Offer column and click View.
Note If you have multiple properties and protests, you must view each settlement offer separately.
In the Protest Details screen, view the Settlement Offer Agreement. Choose Accept, Reject, or Cancel as needed.
If you choose Accept or Reject, follow the directions on the screen to complete the protest process.
After confirming your decision, your protest is complete. You will receive an email confirmation.
